Claim Policy

100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect in the product within 1 month of purchase, provided that a copy of the bill is presented.

For products older than 1 month and under 3 months, the product must be sent to us with the original bill. Please ensure that the defect claimed is genuine, meaning no external defect has been caused intentionally or unintentionally, such as:

• Rough usage
• Dog bites
• Silencer burns
• Usage of razor/blunt objects

An approval will be provided based on the genuineness, usage, and repairability of the product. If unrepairable, the claim value may vary from 50% to 100% of the product's price.

No claims will be entertained under any circumstances for products more than 3 months old.
